Why would the demon king summon a horror author to save the world?

I was summoned to another world to save it. Not by humans.Not by elves.But by the demon king. I was bound as a summoner—weak, restricted, and dependent on creatures that do as they please. So how am I supposed to save anyone when can't even protect myself?
