Authors Note: This is not your typical cultivation story, so if you like protagonists in flowing silk robes, you won’t find it here😉 And I do real research into India’s culture, so if you write this off as just another cultivation book, you are missing out on quite a lot. In the hyper-dense sprawl of the Fourth Multiverse, Mumbai is a city of ten million skyscrapers, and Nariman Point is its spiritual beating heart. At the center stands the Express Towers, where the prestigious Nariman Sect occupies the highest floor, lording over the glowing Arabian Sea. But the tower’s true foundation isn't its jade-encrusted pillars—it’s Salma Danenhi, a 27-year-old maintenance technician who just wants to be left alone. Salma is the reincarnation of a legendary god, an invincible entity living in a world where the spiritual density is 3000x that of a normal reality. For Salma, existence is a constant exercise in extreme self-control. Every step is a calculation to avoid cracking the bedrock; every breath is filtered through a heavy steel Kada on his wrist that acts as a gravity-seal. While the sect’s elite disciples engage in flashy duels on the roof, Salma spends his days in the grease-stained basements, fixing spiritual conduits and keeping the elevators running. His peace is threatened when the Colaba Syndicate begins a shadow war to seize the tower. Refusing to let his favorite cutting-chai stall be destroyed in a sectarian feud, Salma begins to intervene from the shadows. To the world, these are "miracles" or technical glitches: an elite assassin is defeated by a "clumsy" janitor spilling a bucket of water; a catastrophic structural collapse is averted by a single, well-placed rusted bolt. As his suppression seal begins to crack under the strain of his own surging power, Salma must venture into the 3000-Fold Market—a labyrinth where thousands of shops occupy the space of one—to find rare components for a repair. When a massive street brawl involving ten thousand cultivators breaks out, Salma ends it with a flick of his finger, altering the atmospheric pressure to make the entire district succumb to sudden, overwhelming exhaustion. The stakes peak when the High Court of Nariman arrives for a grand inspection. The Nariman Sect faces eviction unless they can prove their worth against a vicious High Court inspector. When a strike meant to level a mountain is aimed at the sect’s honor, Salma—disguised as a snack bearer—deflects the blow with a ceramic tea saucer. He leaves the elite of Mumbai baffled and the inspector humiliated, slipping away to continue his "cleaning." Salma Danenhi is the most powerful man in the multiverse, but as long as the floors stay clean and the tea stays hot, he’s perfectly happy being the man no one notices.
