Hong Kong survived the dragon. That much is true. What came after is harder to explain. Iris Lau is back on her bike, running deliveries through a city stitched together by technology that hates magic, and superstition that refuses to die. Wards glitch when machines get too close. Systems misfire around old rituals. The city holds because the two forces repel each other, badly, constantly, and just enough to keep things standing. Most people stay on one side or the other. Iris doesn’t. She has a more pressing concern. Author’s NoteHey everyone, Binary Decay is a direct continuation of Omen Burn, so if you don't want to feel lost reading it, you might want to indulge yourself with Book 1 first to get general idea who are these people. Not critical, but might be helpful. Althought it's gotta be said Omen Burn is on Kindle from 30th of March 2026 and I can only leave first 3 chapters. More soon. New chapters on Wednesdays. Unless I finish the book. Then I will dump all at once. — Lana
