Earth is integrated into the System, but not the one you might think of, this turns life into a 4X strategy game, Earth is made around 20 times bigger to facilitate the amount of rulers. A lonely and solitary communist KGB agent is selected as the leader of a small patch of land in a cold and harsh region similar to Siberia, this story revolves around how the lead manages his city and territory through the System, as he must do so in order to thrive.
