Welcome to Astral Crusade. A living war simulation where strategy unfolds at orbital scale and then plunges, without warning, into the mud, fire, and screaming chaos of frontline combat. From a command interface suspended over planets, fleets descend. Armies deploy. Tech trees fracture into divergent evolutions. Defensive lines crystallize into fortress cities while mobile structures roll into no-man’s-land, unfolding into gun platforms and shield arrays mid-battle. Across a ring of star systems carved into five tiers of escalating danger, six empires collide in a conflict so vast that entire worlds become game boards. Each planet is contested in real time. Every soldier is a selectable unit. Every fortress is a node in a galaxy-wide arms race.Every faction begins in Tier 1 systems. Gather resources to unlock new technologies. Push outward through Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4 until the war reaches Tier 5 worlds where entire economies burn to keep armies moving. Engage in multi faction warfare on different planets simultaneously.  Be allied with one faction on a current planet, only to be at war with them on another. Conquer a world and redeploy a third of its garrison and stockpiles across the Astral Plane, reinforcing besieged bastions or spearheading new invasions. Zoom out to command planetary invasions. Zoom in to watch infantry melt behind shield walls. Forge alliances mid-battle. Sell resources to today’s enemy and tomorrow’s savior.
