Updated every day at 5PM Levi Grimshaw never planned to become a movie monster. A former farm boy desperate for work, he lands an unlikely acting role as the masked killer in a low-budget horror-romantic comedy. On screen, he’s meant to stalk Erin Bludworth — the fearless final girl running for her life. Off screen, Levi is quiet, awkward, and painfully aware that someone like Erin should be far out of his reach. As filming drags on through late nights, shared trailers, and scenes that demand closeness neither of them expected, Levi begins to see a side of Erin no one else does — and realises she might be seeing him too. Caught between the role he’s playing and the man he actually is, Levi must confront his doubts and decide whether he’s brave enough to step out from behind the mask and let himself be chosen.
