Scar (Draft)

In a gritty, futuristic world Richie (Scar) is a superhuman vigilante haunted by his traumatic past. Abducted by a criminal syndicate known as Sombra after a rare degenerative disease granted him enhanced strength, speed, reflexes, and a deadly toxic touch, Richie escapes at 15 and becomes the lone protector of Medellín's streets.  Battling addiction, guilt over collateral deaths, and a fractured bond with his surrogate father Carlos, Richie wages a one-man war against drug lords-until a high-stakes operation draws the attention of a lethal Sombra ninja operative. As old secrets resurface (including lost ExoCorp files tied to his origins and a devastating weapon), Richie must confront his isolation when a compassionate doctor, Clara, is pulled into his dangerous world.
