A small town is once again terrorized by the Cutler a serial killer who went dormant after the  2012 killing of a detective Soto . Scarlett Soto a widow must now investigate to stop the Ring collecting Cutler . From Leads to targeted events she can`t stay out of the case for long nor does she want to.BTW this story contains grief ,genre expected consistent homicide and eventual description of corpses postmortem in later posted  chapters in a clinical manner.
