Brimstead

A border village prepares to celebrate a feast. Local farmers are missing. Three men out of their depth, deed, and desire investigate.  The following tale was written with a traditional RPG system. It may contain untimely deaths, unsatisfying ends, and comic failures. No character is safe from death. The will of fate is guaranteed. Wheresoever bracket notation lies in the text is a glimpse into the hand of fate. Here echoes the clatter of dice, their faces telling the scene above and molding the story to come.  This text was written entirely by man. The machine was only brought forth to adhere to the rule of grammar.
