Overnight, 90% of the world mysteriously gained superpowers. Each person gaining a set of powers or a single power based around their personality and soul. With no warning, the sudden awakening caused hundreds of thousands of accidental deaths. After the initial chaos is over, super heroes and villains arise from the rubble. Those who believe they can take over the world, and those trying to prevent any further turmoil. James was the only person lucky enough to gain Nigh-Omnipotence, with a catch - he still has to train his powers just like everyone else. Along with a ragtag team he puts together, will he repair society, or take control of what's left and rebuild it in his image.
