Min-ji's biggest fear used to be failing her college entrance exams. That was before the sky over Seoul shattered. Caught in the "Seoul Incident," Min-ji survives a catastrophic monster invasion only to wake up with a new reality: she is "Infected." The Synapse system has rewritten her DNA, gifting her with a status screen, mana, and a terrifying future. But then there is Rodrigo. A mysterious, foreign mercenary with a lazy smile and a dangerous reputation, Rodrigo offers her a third option.
