Matriarch's Legacy

I created the O’Malley Crime Family novel series with Jupi Novels, an AI writing app. I conceived of the concept, created the characters, and devised the storyline.  Jupi Novels then wrote the first rough draft. After that I edited it three times, rewriting some chapters so that the narrative had continuity and the characters and places were coordinated from story to story. Since the AI program wrote each story separately, sometimes the character and environmental descriptions didn’t match and I tried to correct those errors during my edits. I also added Irish slang and gestures as well as Gaeilge words and phrases to enhance the cultural flavor of the stories. Each novel is a collection of four to eight of shorter 8-to-10-chapter stories that flow from one chronicle to the next. The Matriarch’s Legacy  is the eigth in a series exploring the question, ‘What if the Irish mob had achieved the same level of organization and discipline as the Italian mafia? To me this is a particularly interesting subject given the established Irish presence in America when the mafia first arrived? According to Jupi’s Terms of Service, I retain ownership of the material that I created on their platform. So, I’m sharing these novels with anyone who might enjoy reading them.   The Matriarch’s Legacy continue to follow the evolution of the O’Malley Crime Family and explores the experience of one Irish American family as they grow from humble beginnings to a formidable empire. The eight novel takes place about 15 years after Meeka O’Malley has taken the helm of the O’Malley Empire She employs her master’s in business administration and her bachelor’s in criminal justice from Harvard to expand the O’Malley’s legitimate empire into a global powerhouse. She must deal without the mentorship of her Uncle Patrick ‘Whitey’ O’Malley who passed away in the Matriarch’s Empire. Meeka adopts Tadgh the nine year old son of her faithful bodyguard Gavin Costello who gave his life protecting her. He was a single father and Meeka accepted the responsibility and honor of raising his orphaned son. Meeka must raise and protect her adopted son while governing a multibillion-dollar/multinational corporation as well as the O’Malley Criminal Empire. Will she be able to balance to responsibilities of motherhood with her duties as CEO and matriarch of one of the world’s most powerful crime families.
