When The World Turns

Dex had lost his family since the age of 10, had no one around him, the child lived alone, finding food by stealing and begging. One night he began to question everything, about justice, wisdom, honor, and why so many people were suffering. He had once seen a very beautiful butterfly, the butterfly landed on the shoulder of a noblewoman, a guard killed it, but the woman instead scolded the guard and dismissed him. The next day, the child saw the noblewoman again, but this time it wasn't a butterfly that came, but a rat that ran toward the noblewoman. Unfortunately, before the rat could reach her, a guard killed it, and the noblewoman looked at the rat with disgust, while praising the guard. Within himself he began to ask what morality was. When you kill a rat, you are considered a hero, but when you kill a butterfly, you are considered a villain. So what is the meaning of a life?
