Take heed all who care, for the voices of legends are wrong! Sky was neither immortal nor favored by the gods. Believe me, for I was there with him in the Otherworld. He was merely a Branded, a sorcerer of blood; everything the world of man despises. And yet, despite being cast into a world of baleful monsters, he, a mortal, slayed gods, conquered the sun, and made death tremble before his very presence.
