The third adventure, “Canard,” is a game of misdirection — where even the most resourceful of hunters can find themselves in the clutches of something far larger. The chess pieces are set, and the stately machine makes its move. Flush with a little hard-won coin, Hellion and Azazel stop in town in search of some well-earned rest. Instead, they find themselves entangled with men who speak softly, smile easily, and make job offers that are never truly optional. With the coveted prize preparing to set off on four wheels, the pair and their crew of misfits set about crafting a daring plan to seize it.
