Adventures are supposed to be about excitement, discovery, and rewards… right? Rien grew up in Lumiose City, until the day it nearly burned to the ground. When Team Flare tore through the streets and legends clashed at the city’s heart, Rien was only eight years old, forced to flee as his home crumbled behind him. Some disasters never truly fade, no matter how much time passes. Now older, Rien sets out on his journey to become a great Pokémon Trainer, carrying the weight of grief and trauma he never chose. The past may be over, but its echoes linger and facing them may be just as difficult as any battle. This is not just a story about adventure.
