"UNPATCHED" is set in a world where “heroes” exist to preserve order, not justice.  A divine System grants power, status, and authority to a privileged few, while the powerless majority are kept safe, silent, and unable to change their fate. Monsters, heroes, rankings, and peace itself are all parts of a carefully maintained lie that protects inequality. When Alfez an ordinary boy with no power or lineage makes a choice the System cannot justify, he awakens outside its rules, unranked, unrecorded, and uncontrollable.
