And Finnbarr Azalea, being a Jaknight, has spent many a Tuesday at work slaying evil gods, stopping planet eating buffets, and throwing himself into battles that leave shattered stars drifting in space. But after eons of stalemate, something may finally have been found that could turn the tide of the war. The mysterious relics known as the Cups of the Carnival King. Now Finnbarr has been sent to retrieve them, alongside a highly questionable wizard whose motives are about as trustworthy as a demon’s promise. The problem? They don’t have much time. Others have begun searching for the Cups as well. Including the very gods who slew Finnbarr’s master. .
