Ascend

Kotenochi is a fairly remote but large city owned by United Materials Corporation. UMC is having troubles with their shipping routes because of a troll that's tolling the only bridge in or out of the city. A bounty was posted after the troll killed two people. They only need the troll moved, but the brother of the two men, really wants it dead. Nak is a Silencer. A hunter raised by a corporation and ritually bound to an armor frame called an Asura. Nak's Asura is called Duskwalker and it's haunted by something very old. Nak knows he can't trust a corporation like UMC, but the bounty on the troll was too high not to at least make the trip to Kotenochi to look into.
