The dungeon was supposed to be the place where his life would end. Instead, it birthed something far worse. Faust was a villager. A person of no aspiring qualities, yet guilty of no irredeemable crimes. He was just… normal. Boring. His life mirrored that emptiness, and he knew it. So why keep living this way? There was no reason. It seemed even faith agreed to that. Thrown inside a nightmarish dungeon, he hypocritically did his best to survive. Survival inside such a place, however, cannot happen without paying a hefty price. Slowly, he lost parts of himself—pieces that would remain forever inside that darkness. What to expect: - A main character slowly descending into unhingedness and insanity. - A writing style that focuses on the MC's view, constantly shifting in tone and form. - Few POV shifts. - Questions that will not be answered until much later.
