Archive of Athanasius

A wizard known by many names searches for reliable friends and allies in hopes to fulfill his dearest wish. The quest is long and he is determined to continue it however long it may take. With the use of magic and his enormous archive, filled with books, artifacts and more, he is determined to continue his long struggle no matter what may happen together with the allies he has gained over many decades. During said search for capable allies, he encounters Mikael, a thirteen year old orphan with a great talent for magic and abilities that would be of great help to his goals. Not wanting to let such a golden opportunity go to waste, he spares no time to invite Mikael into his so called "family", leading to a whole new world for the young boy.
