This was an English assignment, and I thought I'd share, possibly receiving some feedback in the process. This is a narrative interpretation of the poem They tell all the truth but tell it slant by Emily Dickinson. This story follows a young man experiencing mental decay, trying to understand the corrupt and dishonest nature of the leaders above him. His experiences are conveyed through a series of three tense journal entries.
