In a rural town in eastern Maine, a group of teenagers are introduced to a violent scene that leaves them curious. Soon, the entire town is swept in to help investigate this mystery, but not without resistance from several government agencies. Entire communities in the state disappear, the military locks entire counties down, and townsfolk are forced to fight against man's greatest enemy - time.
