In Helheim, no soul is born freely. Before flesh, before breath, every existence is processed by the System. A mechanism that governs death, rebirth, and the rules of reality itself. Souls are assigned attributes, limitations, and a place in the world’s balance. Kael Isryn was never meant to awaken. Conscious before birth and untouched by the System’s imprint, his soul rejects registration, parameters, and fate. The System brands him an anomaly, an existence without permission. As Kael grows, his mere presence bends the world. Magic reacts unpredictably, Magitech devices falter, and even the rigid laws of Helheim cannot contain him. Towered structures of trial and progression stand in his path, yet they too are challenged by his existence. The System, unable to overwrite or erase him directly, begins acting through agents, traps, and indirect interventions. This is not a story of instant power. It is the story of a child who exists too fully in a world built on limits and the consequences of becoming something the System cannot control. A dark progression fantasy about forbidden existence, systemic authority, and the cost of breaking the rules of reality itself.
