Ten Steps To Godhood

Sash has questions. Only the gods have answers. The Pantheon ruled over Indura for centuries, ushering in an era of unparalleled prosperity. But the gods have been missing for decades now and the world that once thrived on divine intervention has been plunged into chaos. While many still cling to hope that the gods will one day return to save them, Sash holds no such belief. He blames the absent gods for his mother’s untimely death, murdered in a mass sacrifice by a cult hell-bent on bringing the gods back by any means necessary.  When Sash discovers a sentient book hidden deep within an abandoned temple, a book that outlines ten steps to ascend to godhood, his determination ignites. Why did the gods abandon humanity?  Sash plans to find out, even if it means ascending to the divine realm to question them himself. The only problem? The book might be a bit insane.
