Seven Ring – First Stage Volume 2 (Introduction – Volume 1 Recap) This recap is for new readers who haven’t read Volume 1. In Volume 1, we see that our main character (MC) is suddenly transferred to another world. There, he faces powerful monsters, but survives because of the Seven Ring. In the last episode, MC’s System Window gets updated. The System tells him how he can return home. To go back, he must clear the Seven Stages, meaning he has to cross seven levels. The System also explains that in his previous world, MC had already reached the 4th Stage, so now he must start again from the First Stage. Towards the end, MC obtains a Monster Core, which increases his body strength. When he observes the core, a sword-shaped tattoo appears on his hand. The System clearly states that MC must cross the stages by following the Seven Stage Rules. He cannot use the sword’s power or the Ring’s power. He has to clear the First Stage on his own. The System becomes so powerful that it seals the powers of both the Ring and the sword, making it impossible for MC to use them even if he wants to. From now on, MC must make every decision very carefully. After the System update, the Lord of the System World finds out that a human has obtained a System Window without his permission. According to the System World’s rules, humans are not allowed to become hosts. Any System Window that breaks this rule is destroyed. The System World is vast and beautiful, ruled by the System Lord. He has imposed strict new rules, and no System Window can act without his permission. The System Lord is extremely evil and wants to rule the entire universe. He has already destroyed many planets, and no one has been able to stand against him. Volume 1 also reveals how the Seven Ring was created. The Ring was formed from the destruction of planets and the sacrifice of countless lives. Its history is far from simple. The System tells MC what he must do in the First Stage, but the details are not revealed. Then, the System opens a portal. This is another Earth, but not MC’s original Earth. The System explains that all the languages and information of that world will be transferred directly into MC’s mind. In the final scene, the portal opens and MC arrives on the new Earth. The story ends with a scene inside the Ring, where the Wolf Monster is still alive, sealed within it. This is where Volume 1 ends. In Volume 2, we will see how MC clears the First Stage.
