Many, many millennia ago, there once stood the great Empire of Light, its true name lost to time. Much of its history and knowledge have been lost to time, but with the unveiling of a groundbreaking journal authored by a rather peculiar, influential individual who lived during the Empire's era, the time has come for the modern world to finally know what brought such a grand hegemony to its end. This story is a retelling of that very journal.
