When Alex moved to the city of Valmont for his new job, he expected nothing more than starting a new, normal life in a new city. Instead, a simple jog turns his life upside down. It lands him in a long-forgotten crypt, face-to-face with a centuries-old being who has a peculiar perspective on modern life.
