The young angel Malak had always been fond of the humans in heaven. He believed there were no perfect beings besides God. But if there was one, the closest would be humanity. They were always kind and pious, some more than angels. For their kindness, Malak decided to join the Judgement Department. There he would become a final judge. The person who would determine if a newly dead human would go to Heaven or Hell. But every human Malak has ever met was good, so this should be an easy job. Right? WHAT TO EXPECT: -A one chapter short story following Malak as he realizes humanity isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. -It’s a comedy story played for laughs, so consider it a palate cleanser for the novels you’re currently reading. -This is the first of six short stories I’ll be releasing. The next short story should be out next month. ****************************************************** If you like my work and want to see more, go to check out my main story Volition. It’s a post apocalyptic fantasy story with multiple POV characters (apocalypse won’t take place until several chapters in).
