Resonance (An Isekai LitRPG Adventure)

***Volume One is complete! Look out for part two sometime in April 2026!*** Going from burnt-out formerly gifted kid to monster-hunting adventurer is a rough transition. Getting ritually sacrificed is the obvious first step. Ripped from the dingy bathroom of an old bar through the cosmos, Greg Norwood arrives confused, naked, and surrounded by the corpses of the cult that summoned him. Marked (physically and spiritually) as Gifted by divine and demonic forces, he’s given powers that will kill him if he can’t keep them balanced and a glitchy user interface that is sometimes more hindrance than help. A dwarf engineer and a legendary elf adventurer "offer" to help him survive long enough to figure out what he’s doing.   Unfortunately, the coastal city of Rhobair doesn’t plan on giving Greg a break. If the monsters in the sewers weren’t enough, a new drug just dropped that turns regular people into Gifted hunting ghouls.  When hesitation will get him eaten by a kraken and powerful families play dangerous games, Greg can’t just coast anymore.
