Small Town Monsters

You could die of boredom in most little towns, but in Olmstead it's probably going to be the tentacled monsters that get you first.  When Olly decides to clean up his dying town with some judiciously-applied arson, he finds things moving in the depths that should not exist -- cannot exist. Just his luck that the new girl Amrita catches him in the act and gets caught up in the crazy too. Turns out that nothing is as it seems in this sleepy little town. Olly's father has been keeping a dark secret from him, and people keep trying to lure Amrita down into the basement of the town's weirdly Gothic library to wake up the thing that's not quite sleeping down there. As tensions rise and madness mounts, Olly and Amrita can only depend on each other. This story brings progression elements to Lovecraftian horror as both MCs grow in power and eldritch knowledge. New chapters get posted on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
