Against the Tide: A Warden Tanker's story

Against the Tide: A Warden Tanker's Story is a gritty Foxhole war story that follows a Warden tank crew and the infantry clinging to their flanks during a single, brutal night at the besieged Stlican Shelf region. Outnumbered, undersupplied, and cut off, the 1st Caoivish Imperial Marine Regiment fights a doomed delaying action against an endless Colonial tide, not to win, but to buy time for their homeland to survive. In the fire-lit ruins and frozen trenches, ordinary soldiers prove that even when defeat is inevitable, courage and sacrifice can still shape the fate of a war. This is a short story I began writing a few years ago after one of our operations in the region. It’s based on the game Foxhole and set during War 117. I hope you enjoy this three-part series.
