Freestylers, the mecha-piloting, magical armored teen soldiers are the only thing standing against the Eighty-Seven, alien invaders who have utterly subsumed countless worlds through a library's worth of alternate universes. The Freestylers are the only ones capable of not only combating the Eighty-Seven across a ravaged Earth, but actually walking into those other worlds to prevent the total collapse of reality. Cadence Baron's sister is the best of the best. She's everything a Freestyler can possibly be. She is the hero who can drag the Eighty-Seven off their world and break them. Cadence... is not her sister. Cadence was not chosen. Cadence is not the world-beloved champion. This is not a story of a destined hero. This is a story of the one who was there, a story of the wrong person in the right place at the most horrifying time. This is the story of Cadence Baron and the Freestylers.
