Magical Girl Akimbo(Sōjū no Mahō Shōjo) Misaki already survived one war. Now she has to lead a squad of magical girls through another. (AI-assisted - means that I use AI to correct spelling, commas, and punctuation without changing the actual content, but I wanted to be transparent about using it for that purpose) At forty-two, the former elite mercenary has retired to a quiet Tokyo shopping district, fixing broken neon signs and pretending the ghosts of her old squad are finally quiet. Then a dimensional rift opens. Monsters spill into the streets. And Misaki does what she has always done best: she fights. A desperate magical mascot rewards her with power, a younger body, and a frilly outfit she would very much like to file a complaint about. Now armed with twin enchanted pistols, Misaki must lead a team of teenage magical girls through eldritch attacks, police suspicion, and tactical disasters caused by people who think “cover fire” means hiding behind friendship. She is not here to believe in miracles. She is here to clear the room. What to expect:- Tactical Magical Girl Action - Long transformation sequences combined with suppressive fire;- Veteran Protagonist - A 42-year-old mind in a magical girl's body. She’s tired, she’s cynical, and she’s the only adult in the room;- Gun Fu & Magic - Elemental bullets, kinetic barriers, flashbangs, and military CQC against eldritch horrors;- Seinen Tone - Takes the trauma of battle seriously, but keeps the pace fast and the banter sharp.- Espionage & Comedy - High-stakes infiltration and police evasion mixed with the hilarious friction of a veteran soldier managing teenage drama, and a magic fox that does not know when to shut up.- Romance - Maybe... :D Magical Girl Akimbo (Sōjū no Mahō Shōjo) author name: Lukasz Gawronski
