This is a story of power and consequence—of leaders trying to preserve families, kingdoms, and oaths while preparing for a future they were never meant to face. Soldiers begin to march. Mages calculate. Dancers fight. And rulers learn that peace does not prevent conflict—it only delays the moment when restraint fails. CALM is a long-form epic fantasy told through multiple houses and perspectives, blending political tension, intimate character drama, and the slow collapse of a peace that believed itself permanent.
