The study of enchanted fauna has never suffered from a lack of observation. It has suffered from dispersion. Over centuries, credible records have accumulated across expedition logs, regional surveys, academic treatises, temple vaults, ranger reports, private journals, and marginal notes appended to unrelated research. These materials vary in quality, scope, and intent, but taken together they describe a consistent reality: enchanted ecosystems produce organisms that cannot be understood in isolation or confined to folklore. The Enchanted Bestiary was compiled to consolidate these records into a single, structured reference. Entries are drawn from verified sources spanning multiple disciplines, including natural philosophy, arcanobiology, ecological fieldwork, and applied observation. Where possible, details have been corroborated across independent accounts. Each entry prioritizes observable characteristics: morphology, habitat, behavior, diet, lifecycle indicators, and documented interactions with enchantment. The Enchanted Bestiary is an ongoing collection of standalone creature entries. New chapters are released Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Readers may leave comments suggesting creature concepts, environments, or themes they would like to see addressed in future entries. While inclusion is not guaranteed, such input helps guide continued expansion of the catalog. The bestiary may be read for enjoyment or used as a reference. Writers, worldbuilders, dungeon masters, and anyone else is free to incorporate the creatures into their own projects. Permission is not required. Attribution is optional but appreciated.
