Peaks of Evenfall Sanctum: Book Three

Sanctum Sanctum is a land of survival. A place where the surviving patheons of gods long forgotten had banded together to survive the terrible catastrophe—The Reaping. Gods fell to this horrific disaster, as did their many peoples.  In a desperate act of survival, the remaining gods banded together to create a new world to house all of their people. Denizens from various cultural and species were given new life in a strange new world. Carrying their identities, divine beliefs, and traditions into a strange new world.  Sanctum The place where names of the old gods have changed, and divine responsibilities remade under a tenuous truce.  Sanctum A place where tradition and order clash with ancient fears, superstitions, and faith.  Many months ago, a Wandering Knight and his Squire departed the mysterious island of Avalon on a quest that led them to the unforgiving sand-filled lands of Setesh. It was there that the Wandering Knight fell to a cursed artifact, leaving his squire, Isolde duAvalonne, a stranger in a strange land.  Befriending Father Tulok, an Orcish priest and scholar of faith, the two set out to complete the Wandering Knight’s quest, only to find it mired with conspiracy, betrayal, and an ancient evil.  While they had survived the journey, the gods always ask more of their servants—especially when something darker lurks on the horizon.  Traveling to Isolde’s mysterious island of Avalon, it was Father Tulok who found himself lost in a world of bizarre creatures, alliances, and deadly oaths. Yet, through their courage, allies, and tenacity, they prevented a catastrophe from destroying the magic that held the power of the island together. Now they return west, on the hunt for the Vidria dwarf Arman, who seems to be pulling the strings for another hand in the shadows.  The western lands of Sanctum will play host once again as Isolde and Tulok venture forth to stop an evil from the forgotten past from coming into power once again.
