Habitat 7_Cornerstone

Humanity was abducted. Just like that. No war. No invasion. Fleets of alien ships didn’t blot out the sun like in the movies. One day, we were living our lives like normal, the next… more than ten billion people woke up half-naked on an ancient, decaying megastructure. The creators were gone. The maintenance cycle was centuries overdue. The wildlife was aggressive, mutated, and hungry. For most, it was a death sentence. For me? Well, it was just another transfer. My days of breaking legs for the boss were over. Now, I was caving in the skulls of mutants, and I was doing it for me. From barbed wire on the fences to barbed spikes on the wildlife… really, not much had changed. Except now, I'm not just running the block. I'm building it. The blueprints I draft are my ticket to the top.  That's where the new hardware comes in. It doesn't just map the yard. In this derelict world, it breaks down the laws, it breaks down the data. I quarry the stone, I harvest the bone, and it prints my models from the salvage. No magic buttons. No handouts. Just raw matter, repurposed for my ambition. In this prison, my cell, my rules has taken on a whole new meaning. Alien tech is a game changer. And with it... Well, every prison needs a Warden.
