In 2219 immortality belongs to the rich. The rest of humanity is just a byproduct. Agent Bucket had a simple assignment: audit the Specters—a military unit fighting a losing war against the immortal Net Lords. Their goal: to free their vat-grown human hosts. It was supposed to be a routine assignment to assess efficiency. Instead, everything falls apart. Hunted as a Lone Wolf with his back against the wall, Bucket must scramble to form a trusted team to face lethal enemies powered by high-tech echo-suits; and worse, saboteurs from within his own ranks.
