She made the world, now the world wants revenge. For years Maeori ran tabletop role playing campaigns with different players from throughout her life. It’s all fun and games while it’s still a game. Trapped in her own game world, Maeori must survive against the very monsters she made. Armed with little more than the lore and knowledge that comes with making the world, Maeori will have to figure out how to chart her own destiny. With the countryside roving with monsters hungry for their next meal and cities that offer little safe haven, it’s a daunting task.  Maeori's forced to contend with the abusive power structures that she herself helped to create for her campaigns. From the Church of the Severance that’s both corrupt and severely reprimands dissent, to insidious lords willing to ensure their power at any cost, and even world ending threats. Sofia for her part is a young priestess and denizen of the world. For years she’s thought the gods had turned their back on her, until one fateful night she hears a voice that brings her to Maeori. By mere chance fate placed her in the right place to see the struggles of the gods and who they truly are.
