Life as Loganlane Middle School’s “toughest kid” is no picnic for 13-year-old Michael Ade. Expelled, misunderstood, and constantly getting into fights, Michael’s chaotic world seems destined to stay small and messy—until a chance encounter reveals a shocking truth: he’s not just any kid. He’s the Crown Prince of Avahnair, a magical kingdom that floats high above the skies of Earth. Suddenly thrust into a world of flying beasts, powerful spells, and deadly rivals, Michael must navigate the prestigious Ravenskraft Academy, where danger lurks around every corner. From soul-stealing mirrors and ruthless creatures to obsessive fans and deadly royal intrigue, Michael quickly learns that being a prince is far more dangerous—and far less glamorous—than he ever imagined. With the fate of his kingdom on the line and new enemies at every turn, Michael must master his powers—or risk losing everything…including his life.
