Kairi's Quest follows Kairi Oura, a young Crew Sergeant assigned to the Nyanko, a scout ship tasked with exploring uncharted space for the PanGalactic Alliance. After investigating a distress beacon leads to disaster, Kairi finds herself on the planet Mana, where she discovers a baffling surprise. The people here are able to use an ability akin to magic, and she finds she is able to as well!  But not all is peaceful in the country she's found herself in. Dark forces are stirring.
