INCOGNITO, or How To Hide As A Superpowered Android

Samantha Pearsson was supposed to have it all. All the powers, all the knowledge, all the skill, and an entire team of similarly superpowered androids to back up what should’ve been the heroic career to define a century. Just as her creator intended. Unfortunately for Sam, a freak earthquake put a quick end to that. What possessed her idiot creator – a man with the power to build androids, not underground bunkers – to build his laboratory in the middle of nowhere, under loose forest soil, right next to a fault line? Samantha didn’t know, but what she did know was that in that decision, his dreams and her destiny died a quick, inglorious and (for him at least) painful death.   Unfortunately for the earthquake, Sam was still alive! Sure, she only got one measly little power, a fragmented and corrupted database, no skills whatsoever and a skeleton of a personality, but so what? From her understanding, people have started with less (as babies) and if they could become heroes, why not her? As long as no one finds out she’s an android, of course.
