I was always a cursed child, for as long as I could remember. Bad luck followed me wherever I went, and I thought it was mostly a coincidence, only half heartedly collecting good luck charms from random cultures and skimmed tidbits of mysticism from pawn shop books I didn’t buy. Except for one book. A legitimate witch’s grimoire randomly showing up in my dad’s inheritance after I accidentally killed him with an unlucky throw of a beer bottle. On the verge of death, I tried a reincarnation ritual I remembered from it’s pages, but somehow, it’s landed me inside the head of some random baby and her deadly, insane, masochistic family.
