For the past few years, Charli has been a bit of a scaredy-cat. But things are made even worse for her after she experiences an armed robbery and becomes afraid of... well, everything. Even everyday things she once found joy in. This includes hoverboarding, which is the most popular sport in the state of Pai. But when her friend Eden has a tragic accident weeks before she was fated to win the Hoverboarding State Championships, Charli decides maybe it's time to get back on her board and face her fears. It's not about winning or losing, it's about taking risks for the people she loves and, of course, for herself.
