Weisser Wolf (White Wolf) is the first entry in The Broken Breed series. An alternate history that fuses gritty WWII realism with a cold edge of speculative science fiction. This isn’t just another war story. Behind enemy lines, something worse than Nazis is being bred in the dark... something not entirely human.
The story follows Emmett Granger, a hard-edged OSS operative out of the Montana backwoods. When a covert mission in occupied Poland goes sideways, Emmett finds himself stranded in the dead of winter, trapped between retreating German forces and the advancing Red Army. His only chance of survival? Teaming up with the creature he was sent to capture. A wolf-human hybrid named Eira.
What to expect:
-Rich character dynamics and dialog
-tense but grounded gunfights, and brutal close quarters combat
-Morally bankrupt main character
-Not a Wehraboo fiction. This is not that kinda alt. WW2 lol. Germany still loses in the end
-Winter survival
Content Notice: This book contains depictions of war, violence, and characters affiliated with the Nazi party. These portrayals are not endorsements. The intent is to reflect the moral ambiguity of war. Not glorify it. If anything bothers you, I welcome your thoughts.
I'm still editing and shaping this beast. Uploads happen weekly (Tuesdays, but as I've been needing to skip a week at times). Of course, life gets the better of us, so if there's any hiccups in uploads, I'll try to give everyone a heads-up on Tuesday's.
If you’re reading, thank you. It means a hell of a lot.

PS: "Weißer Wolf" Is a major work in progress. I hope to publish it one day, along with the rest in the series. What you are reading is going to be more or less, the final draft without the fat carved off. So I apologize in advance if some portions feel lengthy... such as the prologue
