Life's tough! It's tougher when you're an aspiring teenage Supervillain living in a country on the brink of Super civil war. Add some girl problems in there and... well actually, Marcus Cove is having a great time! Things are messy, but they're certainly not boring. Plus with the power to transform into a blackfire wielding Hobgoblin and he's got the perfect double life going on: Super sixth form by day and bantering with his partner-in-crime at night. As long as the two stay well separate, he's sure it's all going to be fine! If only Cape and Spaceman can refrain from ripping each other's throats out... and more importantly, not destroy half the country in their attempts to do so.  Entry for the RoyalRoad Writathon!
