My Novellas all are a part of the same universe. o7 When the Fog Calls, Will You Sleep or Wander? Dr. Isla Reyes thought she’d buried the past, but when Evelyn Hart — an old rival with a reputation for making people disappear — arrives unannounced at Isla's remote Amazon research site, she knows better than to run. Evelyn doesn’t extend offers. She issues orders. And this time, her leverage is an opportunity Isla can’t ignore. Her new job? Site-X0 — a place so classified even its clearance code doesn’t exist on any official records. Somewhere within an Endless Sea lies an island where something impossible swims: an immortal fish that can regenerate in seconds. Science calls it a discovery. Evelyn calls it leverage. Isla just calls it bait — her bait. But there’s something about The Fog in this other dimension. It clings. It listens. It knows her. And the deeper they go, the less her crew feels like themselves. Laughter grows distant. Shadows move when no one does. The air shifts, carrying the soft echoes of something moving just out of sight. Isla remembers Evelyn’s warning: “When the fog comes, sleep. Do not stay awake.” They say fog hides things. Isla’s beginning to think it reveals them.
